- 6–8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken thighs in a baking dish.
- Pour the honey mustard sauce over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- If desired, broil for the last 2-3 minutes to caramelize the sauce. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- You can also use bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs, but you may need to increase the cooking time.
