Description

These Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs are a quick and easy weeknight meal. Tender, juicy chicken thighs are coated in a sweet and tangy honey mustard sauce and baked to perfection.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 68 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken thighs in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the honey mustard sauce over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. If desired, broil for the last 2-3 minutes to caramelize the sauce. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
  • You can also use bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs, but you may need to increase the cooking time.
  • Serve with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, rice, or a simple salad.
