These no-bake Salted Caramel Turtle Pretzel Bites are an incredibly easy and satisfying sweet and salty treat. Combining the crunch of pretzels, the chewiness of caramel, the richness of chocolate, and the nutty flavor of pecans, all finished with a sprinkle of sea salt, these bites are perfect for parties, gifts, or a quick dessert.

- 1 (12 ounce) bag pretzel snaps (or mini pretzels)
- 24 (1.55 ounce) milk chocolate candy bars (like Hershey’s Kisses or squares)
- 24 soft caramel candies (individually wrapped)
- 1 cup pecan halves
- Flaky sea salt, for sprinkling
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Arrange the pretzel snaps in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Unwrap the milk chocolate candy bars and place one on top of each pretzel snap.
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C). Place the baking sheet with the pretzels and chocolate into the preheated oven for 3-5 minutes, or until the chocolate is just softened and shiny (do not let it melt completely).
- While the chocolate is softening, unwrap the caramel candies.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Immediately place one softened caramel candy on top of each piece of chocolate, gently pressing down so it adheres.
- Place a pecan half on top of each caramel, pressing down slightly.
- Sprinkle a small pinch of flaky sea salt over each pretzel bite.
- Let the pretzel bites cool completely at room temperature, or place them in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to speed up the setting process.
- Once set, store the Salted Caramel Turtle Pretzel Bites in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or in the refrigerator for longer freshness.
Notes
- For a festive touch, you can use white chocolate or dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate.
- If you don’t have pecan halves, chopped walnuts or almonds would also be delicious.
- Ensure the chocolate is only softened, not fully melted, to keep the pretzel bites from becoming too messy.
