Description

This ultra-cheesy Philly Cheesesteak Dip is loaded with savory steak, melted cheese, and all the classic flavors of a cheesesteak, all in a convenient skillet dip. Perfect for game day or any gathering!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • 1 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced ribeye steak and cook until browned. Remove steak from skillet and set aside, leaving any drippings in the skillet.
  3. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  5. Stir in the cooked steak, provolone cheese, and mozzarella cheese into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly into the skillet. Top with the shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve hot with your favorite dippers.

Notes

  • Serve with baguette slices, tortilla chips, or crusty bread for dipping.
  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the cream cheese mixture.
  • This dip can be assembled ahead of time and baked just before serving.
