Ingredients
Scale
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound thinly sliced ribeye steak
- 1 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced ribeye steak and cook until browned. Remove steak from skillet and set aside, leaving any drippings in the skillet.
- Add the sliced onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
- Stir in the cooked steak, provolone cheese, and mozzarella cheese into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the skillet. Top with the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve hot with your favorite dippers.
Notes
- Serve with baguette slices, tortilla chips, or crusty bread for dipping.
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the cream cheese mixture.
- This dip can be assembled ahead of time and baked just before serving.
