These Ooey Gooey Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are the ultimate comfort food! Tender, flavorful chicken is smothered in a creamy, cheesy garlic sauce and wrapped in warm tortillas. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a satisfying lunch.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, plus more for garnish
  • 8 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese until melted and the sauce thickens.
  5. Stir in chopped parsley.
  6. Warm tortillas according to package directions.
  7. Spoon chicken mixture into each tortilla.
  8. Wrap the tortillas and serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic and chicken mixture.
  • You can use rotisserie chicken to save time. Shred the chicken and add it to the cheese sauce.
