This One Pan Creamy Garlic Alfredo Chicken is a simple and delicious weeknight meal! Tender chicken breasts are cooked in a creamy, garlic-infused Alfredo sauce, all in one pan for easy cleanup.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side, until lightly browned. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and milk. Whisk in Parmesan cheese, butter, garlic powder, and onion powder. Bring to a simmer.
  6. Return chicken breasts to the skillet, nestling them into the sauce.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

  • For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
