Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced mango, thinly sliced cucumber, and sliced red onion.
  2. Add the finely chopped red chilies and chopped fresh cilantro to the bowl.
  3. In a small separate bowl, whisk together the fresh lime juice, olive oil, and honey or maple syrup (if using).
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients.
