Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced mango, thinly sliced cucumber, and sliced red onion.
- Add the finely chopped red chilies and chopped fresh cilantro to the bowl.
- In a small separate bowl, whisk together the fresh lime juice, olive oil, and honey or maple syrup (if using).
- Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients.
- Gently toss everything together until well combined.
