These Honey Mustard Chicken Sliders are a crowd-pleasing appetizer or easy weeknight meal! Juicy chicken is coated in a sweet and tangy honey mustard sauce and served on soft slider buns.

- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 slider buns
- Lettuce leaves (optional)
- Tomato slices (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly browned, about 8-10 minutes.
- While the chicken is cooking, prepare the slider buns.
- If using, add lettuce and tomato to the slider buns.
- Spoon the honey mustard chicken onto the slider buns and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a spicier flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the honey mustard sauce.
- You can also bake the chicken in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes.
- Leftover chicken can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
