Description

These Easy Sticky Honey Garlic Noodles are the perfect weeknight meal! They’re quick, flavorful, and a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces dried noodles (spaghetti, linguine, or your favorite)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced, for garnish
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. While the noodles are cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  5. Pour the sauce into the skillet and bring to a simmer. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce slightly thickens.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, until the noodles are heated through and evenly coated.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds (if using).
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add more red pepper flakes.
  • Feel free to add cooked protein like chicken, shrimp, or tofu for a more substantial meal.
  • Vegetables like broccoli, snap peas, or carrots can also be added during the last few minutes of cooking.
  • Adjust the honey to your sweetness preference.
