Creamy Stuffed Shrimp with Bacon


Ingredients

  • 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp, then crumble and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Cut a slit along the back of each shrimp and stuff with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Wrap each stuffed shrimp with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  6. Place the shrimp on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until shrimp is cooked through.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can add a dash of paprika or cayenne for a spicy kick.
