Creamy Stuffed Shrimp with Bacon
Ingredients

- 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 6 slices bacon
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp, then crumble and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Cut a slit along the back of each shrimp and stuff with the cream cheese mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed shrimp with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Place the shrimp on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until shrimp is cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- You can add a dash of paprika or cayenne for a spicy kick.
- Make sure the shrimp are patted dry before stuffing to prevent sogginess.
