- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 packets Ranch seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Set up three shallow dishes for breading: Place flour in the first dish, beaten eggs in the second, and combine panko, parmesan, Ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and cayenne in the third.
- Pat chicken tenders dry with paper towels.
- Dredge each tender in flour, then egg, and finally coat thoroughly in the seasoned panko mixture.
- Place breaded tenders on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each piece.
- Spray the tenders lightly with cooking spray to help achieve a golden crust.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
