Description

These addictively crispy Crack Chicken Tenders are coated in a flavorful blend of Ranch seasoning, cheese, and spices, then baked until golden brown. A family favorite that’s both easy to make and impossible to resist!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds chicken tenderloins
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 packets Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Set up three shallow dishes for breading: Place flour in the first dish, beaten eggs in the second, and combine panko, parmesan, Ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and cayenne in the third.
  3. Pat chicken tenders dry with paper towels.
  4. Dredge each tender in flour, then egg, and finally coat thoroughly in the seasoned panko mixture.
  5. Place breaded tenders on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each piece.
  6. Spray the tenders lightly with cooking spray to help achieve a golden crust.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, place a wire rack on the baking sheet and arrange tenders on the rack.
  • Make ahead: Bread the tenders and refrigerate for up to 4 hours before baking.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat in the oven at 350°F for best results to maintain crispiness.
