These Christmas Kitchen Sink Cookies are a festive and fun way to use up those leftover holiday treats. Packed with a delightful mix of sweet and salty, they’re perfect for sharing or enjoying with a cup of cocoa by the fire.

- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
- ½ cup pretzel pieces, crushed
- ½ cup holiday M&M’s
- ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- ¼ cup sprinkles (red and green, or festive mix)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, crushed pretzels, holiday M&M’s, and chopped nuts (if using).
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, about 2 inches apart.
- Sprinkle the tops of the cookies with festive sprinkles.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are just set.
- Let cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
