Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese, plus more for topping
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional, for extra cheesiness)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or green onions, for garnish
  • Celery sticks, carrot sticks, tortilla chips, or pita bread, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese, and ranch or blue cheese dressing. Stir until well combined and smooth.
  3. If using, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into a small oven-safe baking dish or skillet.
  5. Top with additional crumbled blue cheese.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and bubbly around the edges.
  7. Garnish with fresh chives or green onions.
  8. Serve immediately with your favorite dippers.

Notes

  • For a creamier dip, you can add a tablespoon or two of sour cream or Greek yogurt.
  • Adjust the amount of buffalo wing sauce to control the spice level.
  • If you don’t have an oven-safe skillet, you can bake the dip in a regular baking dish.
  • This dip can also be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
