Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the steak cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring not to overcrowd. You may need to cook in batches.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes for medium-rare, or longer for desired doneness.
- While the steak is cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Remove the steak bites from the air fryer and transfer them to a bowl.
- Pour the garlic butter over the steak bites and toss to coat.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- For best results, use a high-quality cut of steak like sirloin or ribeye.
- Adjust the cooking time according to your air fryer and desired level of doneness. A meat thermometer can be used to ensure the steak reaches the desired internal temperature.
- If you don’t have fresh parsley, you can use dried parsley, but fresh is recommended for the best flavor.
- Serve these steak bites with your favorite dipping sauce, such as aioli or blue cheese dressing.
