Description

Crispy and flavorful Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings are a quick and easy appetizer or main course. These wings are coated in a delicious garlic parmesan mixture and cooked to perfection in your air fryer for a healthier alternative to deep frying.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings, separated into drumettes and flats
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer, being careful not to overcrowd. You may need to cook in batches.
  4. Cook for 12-15 minutes, then flip the wings and cook for another 12-15 minutes, or until the wings are cooked through and crispy. Internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley (optional) and serve immediately.

  • For extra crispy wings, pat the wings dry with paper towels before tossing with the seasoning.
