Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the chicken thighs.
- Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd. You may need to cook in batches.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispy skin, pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels before seasoning.
- You can adjust the seasoning to your liking. Try adding a pinch of cayenne pepper for a little heat.
