- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (oil-packed, drained)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Optional: Red pepper flakes for a touch of heat
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Stir in the sour cream and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil, fresh parsley, and minced garlic. Mix until everything is evenly distributed.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. If desired, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
