Description

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (oil-packed, drained)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Optional: Red pepper flakes for a touch of heat

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Stir in the sour cream and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  3. Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil, fresh parsley, and minced garlic. Mix until everything is evenly distributed.
