- 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, plus more for topping
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Crusty bread, tortilla chips, or veggie sticks for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, spinach, softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish.
- Sprinkle the top with additional mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
