This Peppermint White Chocolate Fudge is a delightful and incredibly easy treat to make, perfect for the holidays or any time you crave a sweet, minty indulgence.

- 12 oz white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate bar
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract (or more, to taste)
- 1/4 cup crushed candy canes or peppermint candies, plus extra for garnish
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir well. Continue microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth. This usually takes 2-3 minutes total.
- Stir in the peppermint extract until well combined.
- Fold in 1/4 cup of crushed candy canes.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle additional crushed candy canes over the top for garnish, if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Once firm, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the fudge out of the pan. Cut into 1-inch squares.
- Store the fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week, or in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Notes
- For a stronger peppermint flavor, you can add a little more peppermint extract, but be careful not to add too much as it can become overpowering.
- If you don’t have a microwave, you can melt the chocolate and condensed milk in a double boiler over simmering water, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Get creative with toppings! You can drizzle with melted dark chocolate, add sprinkles, or even mini chocolate chips.
