Description

These Honey Balsamic Chicken Thighs are incredibly flavorful and easy to make! The combination of sweet honey and tangy balsamic glaze creates a delicious sauce that coats the tender chicken. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 68 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken thighs in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the honey balsamic mixture over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  5. Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is golden brown and crispy. Internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the honey balsamic mixture for at least 30 minutes before baking.
  • If the chicken skin isn’t browning enough, you can broil it for the last few minutes of cooking, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
  • Serve with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables or rice.
