Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can sliced potatoes, drained
  • 1 (15.25 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion over medium heat. Drain off any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the condensed cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Gently fold in the drained sliced potatoes and whole kernel corn.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese, and return to the oven for another 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
