Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs ground chicken
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for topping
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, milk, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and parsley.
