Description

These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bites are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or quick dinner. They are zesty, satisfying, and perfect for a crowd.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef, 80/20 or 90/10
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 package (16 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough (such as Pillsbury Grands)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, dried parsley, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until just combined.
  3. In a separate small bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Open the biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands or a rolling pin.
  5. Place a small amount of the seasoned ground beef mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Top with a spoonful of the cheese mixture.
  6. Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling to form a ball, pinching the seams to seal.
  7. Place each sealed biscuit ball into the prepared muffin tin.
  8. In a small bowl, melt the butter and stir in the minced garlic.
  9. Brush the tops of the biscuit bites generously with the garlic butter.
  10. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the beef is cooked through.
  11. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
  12. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

  • You can customize the cheese blend to your liking.
  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the beef mixture.
  • These bites are great for meal prepping; simply reheat in the oven or microwave.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauces like ketchup, mustard, or a spicy aioli.
