Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan or in the microwave.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish.
  5. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are well coated.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
