- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan or in the microwave.
- Stir in the minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are well coated.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a squeeze of lemon juice to the garlic butter.
- Serve with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, rice, or mashed potatoes.
