- 1 pound pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your favorite)

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
- Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
