Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 10 ounces fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pound pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your favorite)
  • Optional: Red pepper flakes for a touch of heat

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
