Description

This Creamy Garlic Steak Tortellini is a restaurant-quality meal you can easily make at home! Tender steak, cheesy tortellini, and a rich, creamy garlic sauce make this dish irresistible.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces fresh cheese tortellini
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak cubes until browned on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Cook the tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Add the cooked tortellini and steak to the sauce and toss to combine.
  8. Stir in the parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
  • You can substitute the sirloin steak with other cuts, such as ribeye or New York strip.
  • If you don’t have fresh tortellini, you can use frozen tortellini, but adjust the cooking time accordingly.
