Description

This Creamy Garlic Steak Bites Pasta is a quick and easy weeknight meal that’s packed with flavor. Tender steak bites, tossed in a creamy garlic sauce, and served over your favorite pasta – it’s pure comfort food!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound steak, cut into 1-inch cubes (sirloin, ribeye, or your preferred cut)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the steak bites to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, about 3-5 minutes. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and beef broth. Bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens slightly.
  8. Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  9. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
  • You can substitute the beef broth with chicken broth.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables, such as mushrooms or bell peppers, to the skillet while cooking the steak.
  • If you don’t have heavy cream, you can use half-and-half, but the sauce might be slightly thinner.
