- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
- Cooked pasta or rice, for serving
Instructions
- Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Bring to a simmer.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and cook until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve over cooked pasta or rice.
