Instructions
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.

- Place the second bread slice on top, mayonnaise-side up.
- Heat butter or olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Carefully place the sandwich in the skillet.

- Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve hot.
