Description

These Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are a quick and easy weeknight meal. Tender chicken, savory garlic butter, and melty cheese are wrapped in warm tortillas for a satisfying and flavorful dish.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant. Stir in the chopped parsley.
  4. Return the chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
  5. Warm the tortillas according to package directions.
  6. Lay a tortilla flat. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Add a portion of the chicken mixture.
  7. Wrap the tortilla tightly.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
