These Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are a quick and easy weeknight meal. Tender chicken, savory garlic butter, and melty cheese are wrapped in warm tortillas for a satisfying and flavorful dish.

- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 8 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant. Stir in the chopped parsley.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
- Warm the tortillas according to package directions.
- Lay a tortilla flat. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Add a portion of the chicken mixture.
- Wrap the tortilla tightly.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the chicken seasoning.
- Feel free to substitute other cheeses, such as Monterey Jack or a Mexican blend.
- Serve with a side of sour cream or salsa for dipping.
