Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, softened cream cheese, sour cream, and chopped red onion. Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Stir in 3/4 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Spoon the mixture into a small oven-safe baking dish or an attractive serving dish.
- Top the dip evenly with the remaining 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and the cheese on top is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.

Notes
- For a spicier dip, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce to the mixture.
- If you don’t have fresh red onion, you can use 1 tablespoon of dried minced onion, rehydrated in a little water.
