- 1 (16 ounce) wheel of brie cheese, cold
- 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary (optional)
- 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds, for serving
- Assorted crackers and fruit, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the wheel of brie in a small oven-safe dish or cast-iron skillet.
- In a small bowl, combine the cranberry sauce, toasted pecans, brown sugar, and rosemary (if using).
- Spoon the cranberry-pecan mixture evenly over the top of the brie.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the brie is softened and gooey.
- Serve immediately with baguette slices, crackers, and fruit.
Notes
- For a smoother dip, you can remove the rind from the brie before baking.
- To toast pecans, spread them on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes, or toast in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant.
