Ingredients
Scale
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chopped bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving grease in pan.
- Add olive oil to the bacon grease and heat over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth to deglaze the pan, scraping up any brown bits.
- Stir in heavy cream and ranch seasoning mix. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Return chicken to the pan and spoon sauce over top. Sprinkle with crispy bacon and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve hot over rice, pasta, or with vegetables.
