Description

This creamy Bacon Ranch Chicken is a delicious one-pan dinner that combines tender chicken breasts with crispy bacon and a rich homemade ranch sauce. Perfect for busy weeknights and guaranteed to please the whole family!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices bacon, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chopped bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving grease in pan.
  3. Add olive oil to the bacon grease and heat over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add chicken broth to deglaze the pan, scraping up any brown bits.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and ranch seasoning mix. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  7. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  8. Return chicken to the pan and spoon sauce over top. Sprinkle with crispy bacon and garnish with fresh parsley.
  9. Serve hot over rice, pasta, or with vegetables.

Notes

  • You can substitute chicken thighs for breasts if preferred
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days
