Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove bacon from skillet, reserving about 1 tablespoon of bacon grease. Crumble bacon and set aside.
- Return the skillet with reserved bacon grease to medium heat. Add the softened cream cheese and milk. Whisk until the cream cheese is fully melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Stir in the garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet with the cream cheese sauce. Toss gently to coat.
- Stir in the crumbled bacon.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
