Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Grill or roast the asparagus for 8-10 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, red wine vinegar, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the asparagus on a serving platter.

Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can add a tablespoon of toasted pine nuts or slivered almonds.
- If you don’t have a grill or oven, you can also blanch the asparagus in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then immediately transfer to an ice bath to stop the cooking.
