- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken cubes with cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Drizzle the chicken with olive oil and toss again.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring not to overcrowd. You may need to cook in batches.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- While the chicken is air frying, prepare the honey garlic sauce. In a small saucepan, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Bring the sauce to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
- Once the chicken is cooked, transfer it to a clean bowl. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken and toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve immediately.
